Reserving a car
- Reservations can be made in advance by making a payment on our website, by phone or by email.


Required documents
- The renter must have a valid driving licence and a valid identity card or passport.


Payment and reserves
- The deposit for a new car varies from €100 to €400 depending on the total value of the car. The car rental must be paid by bank transfer before pick-up, or in cash on pick-up.


General requirements for drivers
- Minimum driving experience is two years.


Additional driver
- The rental car can only be driven by the driver named in the acceptance and handover document. A second driver is charged an extra EUR 3 per day.


Car insurance
- All cars are covered by CASCO and third-party liability insurance. CASCO insurance with a 500€ deductible means that your maximum liability in the event of damage to your car caused by your fault is up to 500€.
- It is possible to take out insurance with a €0 deductible, then the rental price is recalculated. In the event of any accident or damage to the car, you must notify us within one day, failing which the insurance will no longer be valid.
- If you lose your car keys or documents, there is a fine of €200. The car documents and keys are not insured. Car insurance is not valid if you drive the car in the backcountry, in sports competitions, for driving lessons, etc.
- If you choose a car without CASCO insurance, you are liable for all damages in the event of damage to your car. In case of irreparable damage, 100% of the full average market value of the car.


Renter's liability in case of theft or accident
- The renter's liability in the event of an accident (the renter's fault) or theft of the car is EUR 500 (unless additional insurance is taken out). In case of theft of the car, the renter must necessarily return the keys and documents of the rented car.


Mileage and countries accessible by car
- When renting a car in Lithuania, the mileage is not limited by the KASKO insurance service. Without CASCO insurance, mileage is limited to 200 km/day. Outside Lithuania, you can only drive if you have rented a car with CASCO insurance.


Technical support
- Cars are covered by free 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Europe.


Fuel
- Cars are rented with a full tank of fuel. If the car is returned with an incomplete tank of fuel, the Hirer shall pay for the missing fuel at the rate specified in the contract.


If you book a car and don't turn up to rent it
- If the customer does not turn up to collect the car after paying the reservation fee (deposit) or cancels the reservation, the money will not be refunded.


Returning the car
- Late return without prior arrangement is subject to a late fee of EUR 10/hour. For delays of more than 3 hours, an additional daily fee applies.
- These services can be provided during non-business hours by agreement:
- Pick up or return your car during non-working hours. An additional fee applies.


Unforeseen circumstances
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation (due to a technical fault or accident), after informing the customer in advance.
