1. What does this Privacy Policy mean?

In this privacy policy (hereinafter – Privacy PolicyWe provide you with information on how UAB MOTOREMA (hereinafter – MEMELGO), processes your personal data received:

  • upon visiting the website www.memelgo.lt (hereinafter – Website);
  • Whilst providing you with services;
  • When you are performing active operations on Memelgo's social media accounts;
  • When you register on our website and log in to your account;
  • when carrying out direct marketing;
  • participating in Memelgo's recruitment for vacant positions;
  • by providing us with inquiries.

The persons whose data are processed by Memelgo are hereinafter referred to as – Clients. The Privacy Policy also outlines certain obligations for Customers that must be adhered to when visiting the Website.

3. What is personal data?

Personal data is any information collected by Memelgo about a Customer that can be used to identify the Customer and is stored electronically or otherwise.

Personal data includes any information, including the Client's first name, surname, address, IP address, that Memelgo collects about Clients for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or in a separate Client consent or agreement with Memelgo.

This data also includes the Customer's personal information that is in the public domain, which Memelgo becomes aware of when the Customer contacts Memelgo via social media or takes active steps on Memelgo's social media accounts.

4. How do we collect your data?

How we collect your data depends on the services, which we provide to you or from the nature of our cooperation.

Memelgo processes data:

  • data subject rights (Your details), for example, when you send us enquiries or messages using the contact details provided, sign a cooperation agreement with us, or send us your CV when applying for vacancies, fill in forms, register with our information systems, provide your email address to receive newsletters, etc.;
  • which are generated when you use our services, for example, when you use our network and services, i.e. making phone calls, sending text messages, browsing the internet, visiting our websites, etc.;
  • what we get from other sources, e.g., as a basis, from other institutions or companies, i.e. publicly available registers, insurance companies, etc.

These cookies are used to recognise Customers when they return to the Website, so that Memelgo can tailor the content presented to Customers' needs and remember information relevant to Customers.   • to companies that provide data centre, hosting, cloud, website administration and related services, that develop, provide, support and evolve software, that provide information technology infrastructure services, that provide communication services;
  • for companies providing advertising and marketing services;
  • for companies providing archiving, physical and/or electronic security, asset management and/or other business services;
  • in accordance with the established legal procedure to state institutions: State Tax Inspectorate, Centre of Registers, Social Insurance Fund Board (Sodra), Employment Exchange, etc.;
  • to law enforcement agencies upon their request or on our own initiative if there are suspicions of a criminal offence, as well as to courts and other dispute resolution bodies;
  • to tax administrators.

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country and/or international organisation. Except in the cases provided for in this Privacy Policy, we do not provide your personal data to any third parties.

13. The security of your personal data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other legal acts. When processing your personal data, we implement organisational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, and disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.

In this section, we provide information about your rights relating to our processing of your personal data, and the circumstances in which you can exercise these rights. Do not unduly delay me, but no later than 1 (one) month from receipt of the request, You will be provided with information on the actions taken upon receipt of your request to exercise your rights. Given the complexity of the request and the number of requests received, the aforementioned deadline may be extended by a further two (2) months.. In such cases, we will inform you of such an extension and its reasons within 1 (one) month of receiving your request.

The company will refuse to exercise your rights only in cases provided for by law.

15. Additional rights

Further information is provided below about your additional rights, which you can exercise by following the procedure described.

  • You have the right to ask us correct any inaccuracies in the data held. In such a case, we can ask you to confirm the corrected information.
  • You have the right to ask us delete your personal data. This right is exercised in the cases provided for in Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

17. Liability

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide to us is accurate, correct, and complete. If the data you have provided changes, you must inform us immediately by updating the relevant details in the registration form, or if the data is not listed in the registration form, by informing us via email. We shall not be liable in any event for any damage incurred by you due to providing incorrect or incomplete personal data, or for failing to inform us of any changes to it.

We may update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such updated or changed Privacy Policy will come into effect from the moment it is published on our Website. You should check it from time to time to ensure you are happy with the current version of the Privacy Policy.
