1. What does this Privacy Policy mean?
This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") Privacy Policy), we provide you with information on how MOTOREMA UAB (hereinafter - MEMELGO), process your personal data received:
- by visiting the website www.memelgo.lt (hereinafter referred to as Website);
- Memelgo's service to you;
- When you are active on Memelgo's social media accounts;
- When you register on our website and log in to your account;
- Memelgo through direct marketing;
- Participating in Memelgo's vacancy selection process;
- by submitting requests to us.
All the following persons whose data is processed by Memelgo are called - Customers. The Privacy Policy also sets out certain obligations that Customers must comply with when visiting the Website.
2. About Memelgo UAB
UAB Motorema, legal entity code 300887893, registered office at I. Simonaitytės g. 23-9, Klaipėda, data about the company are collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania. For data protection issues, you can contact us by e-mail info@memelgo.lt.
3. What is personal data?
Personal Data is any information Memelgo collects about the Customer that can be used to identify the Customer and is stored electronically or otherwise.
Personal data includes any information, including the Customer's name, address, IP address, which Memelgo collects about Customers for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or in a separate Customer consent or agreement with Memelgo.
This data also includes personal information of Customers in the public domain, which Memelgo accesses through Customer's contact with Memelgo's social media tools or through active actions on Memelgo's social media accounts.
4. How do we collect your data?
How we collect your data depends on the servicesthat we provide to you or the nature of our cooperation.
Memelgo handles data:
- received directly from the data subject (yours), e.g. when you send us enquiries or messages to the contacts provided, sign cooperation agreements with us, or send us your CV when applying for vacancies, fill in questionnaires, register on our information systems, provide your email address to receive newsletters, etc;
- which are generated when you use our servicessuch as when you use our network and services, i.e. when you make a phone call, send a text message, browse the internet, visit our websites, etc.;
- we get from other sources, e.g., where appropriate, from other bodies or companies, i.e. publicly accessible registers, insurance companies, etc.

- Analytical and/or performance cookies. These cookies allow Memelgo to identify and count visitors to the website and to track how visitors move around the website as they use it. This helps Memelgo to improve the performance of the Website, for example, to ensure that users can easily find what they are looking for. The processing of the data collected by these cookies is based on the consent of Customers.
- Functional cookies. These cookies are used to recognise Customers when they return to the Website, to enable Memelgo to tailor the content to the needs of Customers, and to remember information that is relevant to Customers. The processing of the data collected by these cookies is based on the Customers' consent.

12. Disclosure of data
We may disclose information about you:
- our professional advisers and auditors;
- notaries, if the contract with you requires notarial form;
- bailiffs, legal and/or debt collection service providers,
- for those who take over the debt;
- joint debtor file managers;
- companies providing data centre, hosting, cloud, website administration and related services, companies developing, delivering, supporting and developing software, companies providing IT infrastructure services, companies providing communication services;
- companies providing advertising and marketing services;
- companies providing archiving, physical and/or electronic security, asset management and/or other business services;
- in accordance with the procedures provided for by law, to the following public authorities: the State Tax Inspectorate, the Centre of Registers, Sodra, the Labour Exchange, etc;
- to law enforcement authorities at their request or on our initiative if we suspect that a criminal offence has been committed, as well as to courts and other dispute resolution authorities;
- tax administrations.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country and/or an international organisation. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we do not provide your personal data to any third parties.
The list of recipients or categories of recipients specified in the Privacy Policy may change, so if you wish to be informed about changes in the recipients of your personal data, please notify us by email info@memelgo.lt indicating "I would like to be informed of changes in the recipients of my personal data, name".
13. Security of your personal data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal requirements. When processing your personal data, we implement organisational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.
14. Your rights
In this section, we provide information about your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data and when you can exercise these rights. If you would like more information about your rights or to exercise them, please contact us at the following email address: info@memelgo.lt .
Memelgo without undue delay, but no later than 1 (one) month after receipt of the request, will provide you with information about the action taken following your request to exercise your rights. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received, this deadline may be extended by a further 2 (two) months. In this case, we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it within 1 (one) month of receipt of the request.
Memelgo will only refuse to enforce your rights in cases provided for by law.
- Right to withdraw consent. If you have given us your explicit consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time at the following email address info@memelgo.lt .
- Right to access your data. We want you to fully understand how we use your personal data so that you do not experience any inconvenience. You can contact us at any time to enquire whether we are processing any of your personal data. If we store or use your personal data in any way, you have the right to access it. To do so, please submit a written request to us at the following email address info@memelgo.lt , confirm your identity and use the principles of fairness and reasonableness when making such a request.
- Right to request more information. If you have any questions about our use of your personal data, we will be happy to answer them or provide you with any additional information we may disclose. 15. Additional rights
Below you will find information about additional rights that you may have, which you can exercise by following the procedures described below.
- You have the right to ask us correct any inaccuracies in the data held. In this case, we may ask you to confirm the corrected information.
- You have the right to ask us delete your personal data. This right shall be exercised in the cases provided for in Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- You have the right to ask us restrict the processing of your personal data or not to clean them up:
i. the period of time necessary to verify the accuracy of your personal data when you make a data accuracy complaint;
ii. where our collection, storage or use of your personal data is unlawful, but you choose not to request erasure;
iii. where we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim;
iv. the period necessary to determine whether we have an overriding legal basis to continue processing your personal data if you have exercised your right to object to the processing of personal data. - You have the right the transfer of data that we have received from you with your consent or for the purpose of concluding a contract. If you exercise this right, we will transfer a copy of the data you have provided to us upon your request.
- You have the right object to our use of your personal data:
i. where we use such data for the purposes of our legitimate interests, but we do not have an overriding legitimate basis for continuing to use your personal data; or
ii. at any time when we use your personal data to send newsletters or for direct marketing purposes. In this case, the data will no longer be used for these purposes but may be used for other legitimate purposes.
16. Complaints
If you believe that your rights as a personal data subject have been and/or may be violated, please contact us immediately with a complaint to the following email address info@memelgo.lt . We assure you that once we have received your complaint, we will contact you within a reasonable period of time to inform you of the progress of the investigation and, subsequently, of the outcome.
If you are not satisfied with the results of the investigation, please be informed that you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (contacts www.ada.lt ).
17. Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide to us is accurate, correct and complete. If the data you have provided changes, you must inform us immediately by changing the relevant details on the registration form or, if the details are not included on the registration form, by informing us by e-mail. In no event shall we be liable for any damage caused to you as a result of your providing incorrect or incomplete personal data or your failing to inform us of any change in the personal data.
18. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such updated or amended Privacy Policy will be effective upon posting on our Website. You should check it from time to time to ensure that you are satisfied with the current version of this Privacy Policy.
When we update our Privacy Policy, we will notify you of what we consider to be material changes by posting them on the Website. If you access the Website after such notice is posted, you agree to the new terms set out in the update.
