Cars are issued and accepted during business hours, from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Car pickup/return is also possible after hours; however, an additional €20 call-out fee applies in such cases.
Rented vehicles may be driven by persons at least 20 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
All cars are covered by CASCO and third-party liability insurance.
CASCO insurance with a €500 deductible means that your maximum liability for damage caused to the car through your fault is up to €500.
Insurance with a €0 deductible is available, in which case the rental price is recalculated. In the event of any traffic accident or damage to the car, you must report it within one day; otherwise, the insurance becomes void.
A €200 fine applies for lost car keys or documents. Car documents and keys are not insured. Car insurance is void if the vehicle is used off-road, in sports competitions, or for driving lessons.
If you choose a car without CASCO insurance, you must cover all losses in the event of damage. In the event of a total loss, 100% of the car’s average market value must be covered.
You must provide a valid driver’s license, passport, or ID card.

You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the pickup time and receive a full refund of your reservation deposit.
